#1342 [Pagure Ci] When the pagure ci hook is disabled updation gives a 500 error code

Steps to replicate

Create a project
Setttings -> pagure ci
Enter any URL and don't tick activate

Try to Update the project , it throws error.

Could you replicate this in your local instance? Does it work in stg.pagure.io?
