If a project has more than a few tags, the search box on the issues page wraps to below the tagbar.

@ryanlerch can we place the search button beside the 'Report' button ?

I think the better idea will be to change the tags styling.
@ryanlerch What If we add ellipsis to tags and change the tag icon to a tag drop down. Because If we just style the search box for now and fix it. The tag list can be increased in future and then it will break some other styling.

Here are some ideas I've tried out so far, and I think it looks clean:

The tags also wrap gracefully when there are quite a lot of them:
