#1732 [RFE] Include a "preview" button on the edit window for tickets

After making a comment on a ticket, I wanted to go back and add a link to it. Unfortunately, the edit window doesn't have a "preview" button, thus making it a bit risky when trying to add unfamiliar syntax.

hey @sgallagh thanks for reporting this bug, it similar to #1674( that is pr though).

I am working on it, mostly done :)

The "Preview" button seems to be rather randomly placed. I'd propose to move it next to the "Update Issue" which should probably be where the "Clear" button is.

It's always at the top right above the comment area, not really sure what you mean with "randomly placed".

Exactly what you said. I see 4 buttons around the comment field, each of them taking one corner for some reason, except for the "Browse" button.
I would expect the three buttons "Clear", "Preview" and "Update Issue" to be at one common spot otherwise their placement seems "random" meaning someone just placed it there without a thought.
