open PR(279, 278 ) and merged PR(223 ...) of xning can not be open and 500 Error occurs.

xning's fedora account might have some changes, because he was redhat employee, and left some days before.

So the issue is that all these PRs are remote PRs opened from a repo hosted on github and for some reasons pulling from github now raises an exception: No Content-Type header in response (described in the page you linked to).

I changed the code to just ignore that error and hotfixed it in prod, so these PRs are now all accessible.
