#2043 Write tests for odd tags in the git repo

In the PR https://pagure.io/pagure/pull-request/2028 we made pagure somewhat handle tags that are incorrectly formatted according to libgit2/pygit2 (but which are fine for git itself).

However, we did not write any tests for this change, while we should.

So this ticket is so that we do not forget to do this :)
