When adding line comments in Pagure on a pull request, I noticed that if you click submit on a comment and start typing a new one somewhere else, the new comment will be deleted when the first one finishes submission. This causes data loss, but it also slows me down when I have to wait for the first form to finish.

I can see how this is annoying (esp now that pagure has grown and takes a little longer to answer).
This is however the currently expected behavior, we'll have to see if we can improve it :)
