It took me ages to figure out where the tabs to look at the code are, it is not a good interface to change structural UI aspects based on the lenght of a random comment.

@ryanlerch would you be interested in working on this one?

I since have been thinking about this more, and I also find it annoying to have the first comment always shown in the "Files Changed" and "Commits" tabs, to me it feels like only the title should stay and all comments, including comment 0 should live only in the "Comments" tab.
