https://pagure.io/koji/pull-request/498#request_diff contains in the end mention of four files as 'The removed file is too large to be shown here, see it at: xy'. Anyway, they are modified but still present in PR's branch.

I'm see one about koji/ssl/Makefile which I'm not seeing in https://pagure.io/fork/tkopecek/koji/blob/issue467/f/koji

tests/test_lib_py2only/test_compatrequests.py seems to also be gone in https://pagure.io/fork/tkopecek/koji/blob/issue467/f/tests/test_lib_py2only

However, the changes to kojira, koji-gc and koji-shadow at the bottom are indeed still present :(
