Pagure will not provide the "New PR" button on a branch that has plus (+) sign in its name. I came across this when I tried to create a PR on a branch called "git+https-scm-url".

Edit:
I also can't delete the branch on Pagure. The trash can button does nothing.

Could you check if the ajax calls made it right or not at all?
