If I request a pull request for a branch that contains only one commit, pagure should use the commit's first line as an initial tile for the pull request.

hi @pingou, sorry for this delay w/reponse - just came back from holidays. Need couple of days more to move this forward - installing Pagure was quite easy, so right now the only left work is actual coding ;)

Ahh finding my way through installation, configuration, running and day-to-day development wasn't a piece of cake. First commit is almost always the hardest one ;)
