#344 Emailed issue reply not received?
Closed: Fixed Opened by tibbs.

I sent a reply to an issue via email but it didn't appear to make it into the issue itself. I didn't get any kind of bounce and my MTA indicates that the message was successfully delivered:

2015-08-15 12:33:03 1ZQfKI-0008SO-P8 => pagure@pagure.io R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp H=pagure.io [140.211.169.204] C="250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as 961A320987DA"

Here's the email with headers:

I guess that matches what github does and it seems to work for them.

Did you add your email address to your settings?

If the email address is unknown to pagure, it currently silently drop the message.

Well, when I go to my settings I see tibbs@math.uh.edu and tibbs@fedoraproject.org listed. The fp.o address was listed as default but I just switched that around to see if it makes a difference.

Don't know how the beginning went missing there.

Both tibbs@math.uh.edu and tibbs@fedoraproject appear to be listed in my settings page.

OK, crap, I guess the markdown syntax is eating what I'm typing. Let me try to put brackets around.

Both tibbs@math.uh.edu and tibbs@fedoraproject.org are listed.

Test for me via email.

Would you mind trying again? I'm tailing the logs server side so I should see
what's going on.

Thanks

Well that's interesting. I have no idea how they would be received out of order.

Kitties in the pipes I guess, might have been that the server kept the email and
re-tried later
