In https://pagure.io/gssproxy/pull-request/2#commit_list if I click on the commit, it sends me to https://pagure.io/gssproxy/518115123fd7316ea804d9dfa741e486c6aeaff2 which is a 404.

The branch that that commit was in has been deleted from Pagure ("git push X :branch"), and that specific commit was nowhere else.

Nope, that was never a branch in pagure. I opened that as a remote pull request from https://github.com/frozencemetery/gssproxy/tree/bug/143

The first solution to this is to disable the link to the commit on remote pull-request.
