#3647 Add headers to notification emails

It would be great if Pagure could add the following headers:

  • X-pagure-reporter: alice
  • X-pagure-assignee: bob

This way recipients could filter tickets assigned to them or reported by them. In my case I get all ticket opened on fedora-infrastructure and would be happy to be able to highlight my tickets or those assigned to me.

I'm not sure if somebody is working on this, since nobody is assigned...
I added the headers but I'm still fixing some failed tests.
