The repository overview contains the following information:

Created by XXX 10 months ago

But currently it points to the current main admin of the repository and not to the user that had created it. For https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/webkit2gtk3 is says that it was created by erack, but that's not true as it was created by me (I transferred the ownership to him not a long time ago).
