Lokking at the releases page of pagure:

https://pagure.io/pagure/releases

It shows the commit of the tag (assuming the releases are bases on git tags) , can be nice to see the text of the commit message as a good place to see for releases notes.

What you are seeing is already the commit message :)

Though, we likely need to fix some things in the UI :)
