Issue #4227: Can't create repos with "." in the name - pagure

I tried to create a repo named sr.ht-rpm-packaging, which Pagure considered invalid.

This is a perfectly valid name for Git repos, so I'm confused why this wasn't allowed.

Also, do we allow symbols like + which are allowed with regular gitolite?
