In the Metadata section, the Assignee is not also added to the Subscribers. I can't actually tell if they're notified of anything - maybe the assignee is notified, which would make sense, but if so it seems they should also be listed as a subscriber.
I've doubled-checked the code and I can confirm that the assignee will be notified on comments & all.
We should indeed add the assignee to the list of subscribers
