When a project is created in a namespace on Pagure, it doesn't automatically get configured with the group associated with the namespace to have admin privileges.

This makes sense on src.fedoraproject.org, but definitely does not on pagure.io. It's unintuitive relative to other Git forges where namespace equals group, which implies an ACL grant.

Is this something that could be fixed as a configuration knob for Pagure instances?
