#5150 Unsubscribe from notifications not respected when I opened the ticket

I opened a ticket that I no longer wish to pursue, but I left it open in case someone else wanted to pick it up. However, even after unsubscribing from the issue, I still get notifications (presumably because I opened it).

The person who opened the ticket does not always need/care to know about future updates, so they should be able to unsubscribe.
