#5153 Cannot react to a comment to an issue right after posting a comment

For a project and/or a repository where I am permitted to react to comments made under an issue, I cannot manage to do so right after I post a comment. The work around is, of course, to refresh the page and then try reacting - which works but I thought that maybe that is unintended.
