I got an email that began "<name> added a new comment to an issue you are following:". I was in fact not following that issue, and as far as I can tell I didn't get added as a follower either. I was quite confused until I figured out that my username was mentioned in the middle of the very long comment.

Pagure shouldn't claim that I'm following an issue when I'm not. The email should say "<name> mentioned you in the following comment:" when that's why the email is sent.
