Currently, it is possible to create a project ssh_info -- but after creating it, it shows me the pagure ssh info, not the project i just created :)

other reserved pages (new, settings) wont let me create a repo with that name to avoid a conflict like this

So this is a bug to fix by preventing the ssh_info project from being created in the first place.

This is handled by the blacklist of project names maintained in the configuration file at:
https://pagure.io/pagure/blob/master/f/pagure/default_config.py#_183
