Many websites use different markup syntax for formatting information. Most of the time, when filing issues / reports / info, there is a small line of text stating what type of markup syntax is used as well as a link to where to read more about the markup syntax and how it works.

It would be helpful to new users to have that reference when filing issues so they can easily refer to a guide about the syntax Pagure uses or at least know the type of syntax so they can search for other help, if needed.
