Currently our unit-tests only cover regular comments on PR, we should also test how things behave with inline-comments.

This will be a little tricky since we need to retrieve the blob of the file, the tree of the latest commit (when the comment is added) but this is also all info that is already in the template and just need to be extracted.

I would like to work on this issue.

@rahulbajaj, yes I'm stuck. Feel free to send PR, if you can solve this. Don't want to keep this as open for so long.

The last update was 6 years ago, no further requests, updates or actionable tasks since then, I'm going to close this issue for now to reduce our backlog.
