Hi, it'd be cool if there was a tool for pagure, that'd work much like gerrithub [1] to improve PR review experience and process. It'd probably be easier to do this as a separate tool (similar to github/gerrithub relation), but having some of this functionality in pagure would be much cooler :)

Personally, I'd love to be able to assign reviewers to PRs and to be able to set a minimal "score" that PR needs to get merged. Gerrithub has tons of subtle features (most of them I don't even know, I think), but these two are what I like the most.

Looks like we're set for these two requests:

http://dev.pagure.org/pagure/issue/101 prevents pull-requests from being merged if they do not have the minimum threshold set
http://dev.pagure.org/pagure/issue/91 assign pull-request to someone (and add the corresponding setting that only the assignee can merge the pull-request)
