#966 Automatically redirect when URL has trailing slash

When you visit url such as https://pagure.io/pagure/, you get 404 error. Obviously what the user wanted was to go to page without the trailing slash.

Is is possible to add a redirect in cases like this?

Thanks for the report, it has already be reported as #922 and fixed in #923
