The first commit fixes an error reported by email when the second fixes an issue I discovered when investigating the first one, basically html code was rendered instead of being just displayed. Using the same code path as for view_file fixed that problem.

I am curious about the blame feature , can you tell me more about it ? Why is it used?

Try doing a git blame UPGRADING.rst in the pagure's sources, or just https://pagure.io/pagure/blame/UPGRADING.rst

Basically, it tells you who modified in which commits each line.
