The unit tests currently don't run due to a missing dep on Celery. It may be better to just have celery installed on the jenkins worker but this works well enough for now.

More changes may be needed - there were more failures on my local machine once I installed celery and got things to at least start.

Hmm, shouldn't celery be listed as a regular requirement? It seems like it wouldn't be specific to running the tests, and I assume that a testing environment would also install the runtime requirements.
