#2356 Remove 'on ' - watch status dropdown

This solves two things in my opinion:
- It was getting a little bigger (than i would prefer)
- For forks, it showed text for the main repo

@mprahl thoughts on this?

I would make it "Reset Watch Status" to make the capitalization of the other dropdown items.

Do the tests pass? I imagine there may be some UI tests that key on these values.

Going to run the tests manually and adjust the comment from @mprahl.
