Came across this at https://github.com/pypingou/pagure/pull/21.
I thought it would be useful to give information regarding providers,
because i had a hard time understanding different providers when configuring
local_auth for my local pagure instance.

Uses OpenID and defaults to the OpenID server from the Fedora Project, which can be changed using the configuration key...

This is good but I think this is probably better to add in the documentation rather than the default_config.py at worst, we can mention the doc in the default_config.py.
