Set pagure path for git clone, just like pagure.wsgi

@ark74 Wouldn't this be easier if your installer script installed the pagure code using the setup.py in the venv? That way this problem is completely avoided.

I see @ngompa 's point but on the other hand this change does not harm either so I'm going to merge it (manually to save you a rebase).
