In some cases we want to copy the comps file wholesale into a variant

There actually already is an undocumented option comps_filter_environments (default True). The rest of the filtering is not currently configurable.

This can now be configured with keep_original_comps. The value should be a list of variant uids where we want to disable the filtering.
