#1393 pungi-create-unified-isos: only create unified ISO for one arch

We only ship the x86_64 unified ISO for RH Ceph Storage, so we don't need to generate unified ISOs for any other architecture.

It would save us time and disk space if we could just generate the unified ISO for one arch (x86_64).

As far as time saved: our run-pungi logs tell me that we spent over seven minutes running pungi-create-unified-isos on our latest compose today with two extra arches (s390x and ppc64le)
