Pungi has a setting module_defaults_dir. It's difficult for new users to understand what files Pungi expects here.

Could we provide an scm_dict example and link to https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-module-defaults ? We can copy the settings directly from https://pagure.io/pungi-fedora/blob/master/f/fedora.conf

Commit c6312b34 fixes this issue
