With the data center move, we are not supporting fedmsg anymore, we need to port all fedmsg scripts to fedora-messaging.

We really need to port

https://pagure.io/pungi/blob/master/f/pungi/scripts/wait_for_signed_ostree_handler.py asap.

note: until this is fixed openQA will not test any composes (Rawhide, Branched, IoT...) - unless I go in and trigger it manually - because it relies on the pungi.compose.status.change messages.
