it was reported in https://pagure.io/releng/issue/108 that --isfinal is not passed to lorax for the two week nightly composes, we pass on a LABEL of RC-. as can be seen in the compose log https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose//twoweek/Fedora-Atomic-24-20160921.0/logs/global/pungi.global.log we need to ensure we pass on the --isfinal flag the same as the buildinstall phase

This should be fixed with PR #400.
