#51 [RFE] [low] Let a compose to be created with optional branch/version of package

We sometimes need to create a test compose with a scratch build.
Usually for testing anaconda or kernel.
Pungi should be able to replace build in package set with provided RPMs.
This feature must work only with "test" compose type and never with "nightly" or "production".

We now have the ability to include packages from Koji by NVR. That means only using actual builds, but still it should mostly satisfy this requirement.
