If you set up pungi configs with include statements sometimes in order to trace things properly it would be simpler if you had a single config file. For kickstarts we have ksflatten to merge all snippets into a single kickstart. Having a tool to do this, or extend pungi-config-validate to either optionally or by default produce a merged validated config file.
This basically already exists as pungi-config-dump. It can merge multiple files, flatten them, export from existing compose etc.
