During F28 updates and updates-testing compose run, we also build AtomicHost artifacts. For example: https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/updates/Fedora-28-updates-20180621.0/compose/AtomicHost/ . Filename of AH Cloud images media produced during updates and updates-testing run are not as expected.
To fix that we want to include 'version': '!VERSION_FROM_VERSION_DATE_RESPIN' field during image building. @lsedlar tested it by initiating image build in stg koji and it seems variables specified in version field doesn't get expanded.
It will be nice if pungi can support expansion of version field during image build.
PR https://pagure.io/pungi/pull-request/995 should fix this
Commit 1759c1ba fixes this issue
any idea when we can get a new release?
I was waiting to get #992 in for the next release. It's hopefully feature complete now, but the testing is taking a lot longer than expected. But I'll cut out the release next monday no matter what happens with that PR.
thanks
