If mirroring buffet, you won't get updates to DIRECTORY_SIZES.txt.

If you're not mirroring buffet and you have this file, you must be pulling this file in manually.

So if MIRRORBUFFET is set, also add DIRECTORY_SIZES.txt to the file list for the main rsync.

Otherwise, make it an option.
