#19 obiba.org repo missing when create an new package

When I try to create package for example for the opal module (https://www.obiba.org/) it will fail's, because of missing R repo.
Needed repo:

[repo:obiba]
source = http://cran.obiba.org/src/contrib/%{packname}_%{version}.tar.gz
package = http://cran.obiba.org/src/contrib/PACKAGES
url = http://obiba.org
