The Pagure project already exists

The tooling definitely thinks that the pagure project exists. Trying to figure out why that is.
https://src.fedoraproject.org/api/0/rpms/rust-pangocairo definitely does say that the pagure repo exists. I have no idea what has gone wrong at this point.
Even hacking the scripts to bypass the parts of the process which are already done, I still get internal failures from the PDC when it sets up the SLAs. I'm going to assume that things are just broken and try again tomorrow. Unfortunately the people who seem to understand the internals of these things aren't around today.
I guess I can't really do anything to keep these from getting auto-closed. @ignatenkobrain: I can try again tomorrow; maybe someone will be around who understands the underlying issues. I'll try to remember the ticket numbers.
@mohanboddu @puiterwijk any idea here?
Should be fixed, but it still has @limb as the owner.
