In https://pagure.io/releng/issue/10060, I did not realize I needed to request unblocking of the unretired package in branches that did not exist when it was retired. (This was my first time unretiring a package.) Now I want to build for F33 and F34, but I get package python-ncclient is blocked for tag f34-updates-candidate.

Could you please unblock python-ncclient for branches fc33 and fc34? Also epel8 if it is blocked? Since epel7 is an active branch, I assume it is OK…. Thanks!
