Was retired because of FTBFS 1923566.
It was missing the dependency - the library libemu which was failing to build.
But libemu is now back in rawhide, on the way to f33 (https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-bb97e6bba0) and pending branching request in f34.
