In this Fedora 34 mass rebuild failure bugzilla, an ELN build is referenced:

It would be good to know how that happened and avoid that in the scripting that files the bugzillas.

Misfiled bugzillas.

@sgallagh do you have any idea why this could be happening?

Maybe we need to another check in https://pagure.io/releng/blob/main/f/scripts/find_failures.py#_88 to see if the attempted build is in the rawhide's rebuild side tag.
