    https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/36612 was closed as invalid with "The PDC branch already exists" but the actual repo wasn't created (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rust-linreg doesn't exists). For reference, the approved BZ is https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1990538

Hi, this is a weird situation. There already was a PDC entry but no distgit project. I have processed your request manually and the repository is now live.
