#10746 bodhi update stuck due to unsigned build
Closed: It's all good by humaton. Opened by decathorpe.

  • Describe the issue

One of my recent bodhi updates is stuck in "pending" state:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-c9dd7745c4

Probably because one of the builds in it has not been signed:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1943832

Please, poke whatever needs poking so this update can proceed.

  • When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)

~10 days before F34 EOL (so the update doesn't end up in purgatory).

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

F34 EOL.

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

Update remains stuck, doomed to spend the rest of its life in bodhi's "pending" purgatory.

This should be fixed now.

@decathorpe For some reason when the side tag got merged, it merged switchboard-plug-onlineaccounts-6.4.0-1.fc34 into f36 associated tags. I fixed it, but do you remember how you merged the side tag?

Huh, I did nothing special. Just request side tag with fedpkg request-side-tag, build all packages there with fedpkg build --target f34-build-side-xxxxx, and then create a bodhi update from the side tag, via the web UI.

@kevin or @humaton Do you guys wanna dig this deeper or should we close the ticket as one off thing?

I think we can close this. If the issue re-appears we can investigate.
