Needed by rust-nu-test-support; was accidentally retired because nu-test-support was in a side tag and not published yet

Yup, I retired rust-hamcrest2 because it had been unused for over a year, and I didn't know something that had already been built in a rawhide side tag would start depend on it. As soon as the side tag was merged, the packages had broken dependencies. :(
The package is now unretired. For missing branches please use $fedpkg request-branch

@humaton it appears the package is still blocked on rawhide, can you help check?

Also I need help tagging this for f38 - it was in the mass rebuild but not tagged for the actual f38 (if that's too troublesome I can bump and rebuild too)
rust-hamcrest2 on f38 took 7s ⬢ [fedora-toolbox:37] ❯ fedpkg build Could not execute build: Package rust-hamcrest2-0.3.0-5.fc38 has already been built Note: You can skip this check with --skip-nvr-check. See help for more info.
Ok, it should be fixed now. The build was not in f38 because it was untagged by automation since it was retired from f38
thank you @humaton !
