dockerpty is a dependency of docker-compose v1 (old python implementation): this is what we have in Fedora right now

since dockerpty is retired, docker-compose can't be installed starting F38

I built it in Copr in the meantime

The package is now unretired. For missing branches please use $fedpkg request-branch
