Maybe the release process guidelines should also be updated.
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) When the F36 EOL date is definitive (now?)
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD) After F36 EOL date.
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? Users submitting updates will not be warned that their F36 updates could never reach stable.
